Replacing even the finest production bearings such as Campagnolo, Shimano, Sram, or FSA with high precision ceramic bearings in your bottom bracket, hubs, and rear derailleur pulleys will do more to improve your speed than dropping 2 pounds off your bike weight!
~At least 10% less friction. Together with special seals and lubrication the friction in ceramic bearings can be 20-30 times lower than steel bearings with standard friction seals and standard lubrication!
~60% lighter than steel. Less material to accelerate results in quicker response on the bike
~Increased stiffness resulting in increased efficiency in the bottom bracket and hubs
