These cleats usually last approximately 2000 miles under normal use*. Then screw in a new pair. The red cleat is the newest style and features 8 degrees of side-to-side float. The black cleat has no side-to-side float. Includes complete set of mounting hardware - screws and square washers.
If you are using any older Look pedals including those marketed by Shimano, Mavic, or Campagnolo, this cleat is the one that fits.

Delta Cleat Covers ~
In stock nowTired of clumping around in your road shoes. Snap these "Kool Kovers" over your cleats and travel in style! Made of PVC rubber, fits over all "classic" Look and Look-style road cleats, but not the new Look Keo cleats. Priced per pair.
Note on Teflon cleats - the newest version of Look classic "Delta" cleats comes with white Teflon contact surfaces. These cleats are a pinch thicker than the pre-Teflon models. Delta covers work on these Teflon cleats too; put them on toe-first then push a little more firmly on the back end to make them stay. It's a "B" fit, but our riders have been using this system successfully for several years.

Campagnolo Cleats ~
Fits all Pro-Fit pedals: Record, Chorus, Centaur, Daytona, and Veloce. Expect to replace the gray plastic part about every 3000 miles. The metal inner part may never need replacing. However, you will need it, along with the plastic cleats and hardware, if you plan to use a second pair of shoes. The cleats include a 12.5mm spare bolt, a 15.5mm spare bolt and 1 spare square washer in case you've worn out or lost 1 of the originals.

RXS Cleats ~ For the newest Time pedals: RXS Carbon-Ti, RXS Carbon, RXS, and RXE. Fits any "Look-style" 3 bolt shoe pattern. Includes all needed mounting hardware. According to Time's representative, these cleats now work with Time's Impact pedals too. However, we do not have a pair of Impacts available so we haven't been able to confirm this yet.
