Minimal drag and awesome pedaling power is guaranteed through the combination
of the custom shaped 6AL/4V titanium front triangle and the bladed 3AL/2.5V
titanium seatstays. Wind shear is negated with QR's sleek rear entry dropouts
that tuck the rear wheel close behind the seat tube. The aero seat tube and
seatpost increase the Ti-Phoon's already superb aerodynamics. And titanium
guarantees a comfortable secure ride no matter what the terrain. And don't
forget, titanium is the most durable and dependable material on the market. So
even the airline handlers can't knock you out of the race! Color is unpainted
satin titanium so you can repair scratches with a little steel wool.

Rather than simply modifying a single
design for various sizes, the Lucero incorporates a specific design for each
frame size. Sure, this is much more expensive for the manufacturer, but it
results in a better fit and much improved handling regardless of the rider's
size. The carbon monocoque design is molded for wind tunnel tested aerodynamics,
light weight, and an extremely comfortable ride. The unique Tri-specific
geometry pioneered by Quintana Roo increases efficiency while greatly easing the
transition to the run. Internal cable routing, integrated aero seatpost and
stunning Elite 3K Carbon Weave finish add to the Lucero's aesthetic beauty and
aero performance.
