BiKyle Retro Coupler - 

Yes, if you have an old cromoly frame laying around that is in decent shape then we can add S & S couplers to it! The cost is $450. to add the pair of couplers (top tube and down tube).

A full repaint in any 1 Imron color adds $180. That includes the extra cost to mask off the couplers. We can add S & S couplers to nearly any used steel frame - road, mountain, hybrid, or cross.

For those of you with titanium frames, we can add genuine titanium couplers for $799.

Tandems too, but the cost is a little higher for the repaint and most tandems need to split in 3rds in order to pack in small cases (apx. $850. for 6 couplers and $250. for 1 color paint).

Couplers are added to round tubes. The tubes must be round in the middle of their length but they can still be elliptical at their ends. A slightly elliptical tube can usually be safely rounded out during the installation. On rare occasions, due to inherent weakness or unusual shape, a top or down tube will need to be replaced in order to add a coupler. But, we will learn and advise before the tubes are actually cut.  (Allow about 8 weeks for installation and paint)
