Caution: In recent years we have seen a proliferation of illegit' Zipp wheels sold in the U.S. to unsuspecting customers. As these wheels were coded with Zipp's mark as "not fit for resale" they are unserviceable and not covered under warranty. Be assured, ALL of our Zipp wheels are 100% direct from Zipp U.S.A. and certified "A" quality, completely covered by Zipp's warranty.
Included: All our Zipp wheels include top quality Zipp quick release skewers. Wheels with carbon braking surfaces also include a full set of Zipp carbon-specific brake pads.
Tour de France ~
ZIPP carbon wheels have been used throughout the Tour de France - on every stage under every condition of terrain and weather from the flat sprinters stages to the highest mountains and the time trials. With a mix of 202, 303, 404, 808, and Zipp Discs teams have the ability to choose the type of wheel best suited to the day and the individual needs of each rider.
***Firecrest - Introduced in mid-2010 on the 404 wheels and added to the 808 wheels in 2011, wind tunnel tested Firecrest rims maintain their full width all the way from the tire to the spoke bed. This new design reduces turbulence at the wheel's leading edge. Additionally, with the center of pressure now moved closer to the steering axis the handling of the wheel is also noticeably improved. VcLc - (visco-elastic constrained layer control), and exclusive to Zipp VcLc technology reduces road vibration and muscle fatigue up to 10% so you can ride faster and longer.
M2CM - Unlike other makes, Zipp aluminum rims are not merely bonded to their carbon bases. Zipp rims go through an exclusive co-molding process that actually joins the aluminum and carbon into a single unified composite. M2CM produces remarkable wheels that are verifiably more durable than ever.
These are ultra light and strong skewers that really work! Available with stainless steel shafts at 84 grams per pair or titanium shafts at just 62 grams per pair! New Zipp for 2017 ~
The most obvious and functionally important innovation in the handcrafted 454 NSW wheelset is their new "Sawtooth" design. This patented biometric dual 53/58mm deep rim shape achieves something no previous aero wheels can. Simultaneously, it reduces both aerodynamic drag and side force for the ultimate in speed and control - regardless of wind conditions! Sawtooth™ accomplishes this with a series of patented fin-shaped Hyperfoil™ nodes along the inner diameter of the rim that work together with Zipp's new HexFin™ ABLC dimples for improved airflow. This is important because higher wind yaw angles are where bike handling is most affected. In real-world terms, Sawtooth creates a greater number of smaller, less powerful, yet more predictable vortices leading to greater wheel stability and increased rider control. The result is Zipp’s highest performing wheelset ever, as proven in extensive wind tunnel testing along with exhaustive on-the-road testing by Zipp's top professional riders.
New NSW hubset: NSW-exclusive Cognition™ hubset, 454 NSW® rolls efficiently whether you are pedaling or coasting. Our Axial Clutch™ technology allows the freehub’s ratcheting mechanism to deliver half the mechanical drag of conventional three pawl hubs. Assembled with Swiss bearings made to our exacting specifications, the Cognition™ hubset is as robust as it is fast.
Assembly: Each Indianapolis-made 454 NSW® rim requires 12 hours to create and represents a true blending of hand craftsmanship and advanced manufacturing techniques. After each rim is laid up, molded, drilled, printed, and inspected, every wheel is assembled and tensioned entirely by hand in Indianapolis. 454 NSW® rims are laced to Zipp's Portuguese-made Cognition hubs using Belgian Sapim® CX-Ray spokes and Secure Lock nipples for unmatched performance and reliability that is made to last.

*Important - The following brake pads have been tested and approved by Zipp for use with their tubular and all carbon clinchers. Failure to comply with these recommendations could negate your warranty. Aluminum clincher rims accept all quality brake pads
All-carbon "Firecrest" rim shape for decreased turbulence and increased steering control
Now fully carbon in both the clincher and tubular versions! By removing the outer aluminum band the clincher wheels compete very favorably with the tubular version in both weight and ride. The tubulars are still a notch lighter, smoother, and more comfortable. But the difference has been narrowed very significantly.
The extra deep 808 wheelset is at least 24 seconds faster for a 40K level route than any other non-disc wheelset on the planet! Faster, lighter, and more controllable than any 3-spoke wheelset ever made, the 808s are a devastatingly fast set of wheels for time trial or triathlon regardless of wind conditions! Its new Firecrest rim shape and Zipp-exclusive dimple surface make it nearly invisible to the wind. Color is black on black. Size is 700c.
This is our most popular combination for serious time trialing and triathlon racing in all conditions. The extra deep rear 808 actually pushes a rider forward while the deep front 404 provides secure handling even in windy conditions. The all-carbon "Firecrest" rim shape is race proven for decreased turbulence and increased steering control.

If you are serious about your racing, you must check out the Zipp 404 wheelsets. Not only are these very light overall, they are especially light in the outer rim section where weight matters most. And, they are among the most aerodynamic wheelsets ever tested. We've had 404 wheels out on the race circuit for over 10 years and they've proven themselves tough and dependable. For road racing, criteriums, and triathlons, definitely consider these beautiful wheels. Available with Campagnolo (9-10-11 speed) or Shimano (10-11 speed) compatible cassette bodies.

In 2012, Zipp extended the advanced shaping of their hugely successful 808 and 404 Firecrest wheels to their most popular all-purpose wheelset, the 303. This new version is actually faster than the previous deeper aero 404 cousins - yet lighter, more stable, and even more secure in crosswinds. This is a serious do-it-all wheelset light enough to be an asset on climbs, fast enough to cheat the wind, and durable enough for everyday training. Both the clincher and tubular versions are all-carbon, meaning none of the added rotating weight of aluminum on the outside edges. ABLC dimpling ensures the fastest aerodynamics available today in a medium profile rim. Available with Campagnolo (9-10-11 speed) or Shimano (10-11 speed) compatible cassette bodies. Color is black on black.
Zipp's all new 202 Firecrest® Carbon Clincher is all about aiming higher. They took their classic 202 wheelset - the legendary climber’s companion - and transformed it into a stiff, lightweight, aero, and very fast speed weapon ideal for every road travelled. That’s the power of Firecrest and Carbon Clincher technologies. At just 1,375 grams, the new 202 is the lightest entry in the Firecrest Carbon Clincher lineup. The Zipp® 202 Firecrest Carbon Clincher retains the classic 32 mm rim depth of its predecessor but with a wider 25.4 mm max rim width. The results redefine what’s possible with a do-it-all road wheel.
Firecrest rims have a near-constant width from brake track to spoke bed to improve aerodynamics and better control airflow. Zipp used Computational Fluid Dynamics software to maximize aerodynamics and minimize wind-produced torque, resulting in a 202 Firecrest Carbon Clincher that is faster and better handling than a classic road wheel. The Firecrest rim shape improves stability by moving the wheel’s center of pressure to sit almost directly over the steering axis, where wind-produced steering torque has a minimal effect. Compatible with cassettes of up to 11-speed to work with all modern drivetrains. Comes with the new Tangente Platinum Pro Evo brake pads, designed to provide optimal braking for carbon surfaces, including a greater surface area for maximum braking power, improved clearance to work with integrated brakes and a new groove pattern for improved braking in wet conditions. Color is black with black decals .... $2099.99 pair Add to CART

Zipp 30 Course ~
The all new CL-30 is a durable, high-performance wheelset designed with advanced aerodynamic principles. The 30mm deep hybrid toroidal aluminum rim provides an aero advantage that exceeds many deeper “V” section carbon rims. The 21.5mm wide tire bed enhances cornering grip and increases ride comfort. At the heart of the CL-30 is a light, smooth, and durable new hub which is both 10 and 11-speed compatible. The shell is formed from ultra-strong and lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum. Sapim CX-Ray spokes maintain stiffness required for efficient power transfer. External nipples better support each spoke as they exit the rim. Stainless steel bearings ensure years of smooth riding. This hub is factory set so it requires no pre-load adjustment. This means years of riding without worry. Simply put, the CL-30 Clincher perfectly balances durability, aerodynamics, stiffness and weight. Ships with Zipp Tangente butyl road inner tube with removable core (700c x 19-23mm), quick-release skewers, and 18mm rim strips. Color: matte black rim, black hubs and spokes, white decals. (This wheelset is not tubeless compatible.) .... $799.99 pair Add to CART

Zipp discs are a marvel of technology. Manufactured completely flat and only 19mm in total cross section for the smallest frontal section out there. The carbon skins are cured over a honeycomb core to guarantee maximum airflow over the disc surface and greatly cut air turbulence around the vital drivetrain area. The brand new and patented ABLC technology, with 4900 dimples per disc, reduces drag to the lowest level ever.
The Zipp 900 disc fits 700c tubular "glue-on" tires. The 650c (26") version, called an 840, fits 650c tubular "glue-on" tires.
