48 hour Turnaround

We've overhauled so many hundreds of these shift lever systems that we can practically do them in our sleep. And we maintain an inventory of nearly every part - from G springs to entire levers and bodies - so we can get your levers back to you quickly. For standard overhauls, no more than 48 hours will pass between the time we receive your levers and they are on their way back to you.

Is it time for an overhaul?

One of the many advantages of Campagnolo’s 8, 9, and 10 speed Ergo shifters is that they can be completely overhauled to perform just like new. Mileage will vary depending a rider’s shifting frequency as well as the amount of grit that gets in a lever, but we find that most levers can benefit greatly from an overhaul every 5,000-10,000 miles. If your indents are no longer crisp and secure then it's probably time. If you are slipping from one gear to another then it's definitely time. And if you've broken any part of the lever from use or a crash, well you already know it's time.

Standard Service ~

Most levers need a thorough cleaning plus 2 new G springs per lever. Cost for this is $56 labor plus $9.98 parts for each lever. If your levers need more parts than the basic springs then we'll call you before proceeding. Labor remains the same regardless of how many parts you need. Please print and fill out our simple Ergolever Overhaul PDF. Send it along with your lever(s). On arrival, we'll promptly do the basic overhaul. If we find the lever needs additional parts, we'll call you before proceeding. We generally have all commonly needed parts in stock so your Ergos are usually on their way back to you within 48 hours.
