Returns
 

We offer a full refund or credit, your preference, for all returns postmarked within 2 weeks of purchase - except on bicycles and frames as noted below. BiKyle store credit is available for returns postmarked after 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks old. 

• Item must be in new condition and with original packaging.

• *Sorry, we cannot accept returns on bicycles or frames.

• *You must decide on the bicycle or frame you want BEFORE you place your order. We cannot give refunds, credits, or exchanges on bicycles or frames after an order is placed.

• If we made a mistake on your order then your return ground shipping charge will be reimbursed and the replacement ground cost will be covered. Additional Air or Express shipping costs cannot be covered or credited. Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers cannot be reimbursed. Returned items must be sent prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

• The actual cost of shipping an item that we subsidized - such as bikes, frames, wheels, and trainers - will be deducted on returns.

• Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. Cycles BiKyle reserves the right to require proof of return shipment in the form of a shipper's receipt in order to credit your account.
