Cycles BiKyle ships parts, bikes, and frames all over the world. Unless instructed otherwise, we ship via the most economical means - Postal Service, UPS, and other well established shipping services. When you place an order your estimated shipping cost will be shown. Express Air services are available for extra charge depending on weight and size. You must advise us if you want to pay for an expedited shipping service. If you have a delivery deadline then, of course, you must let us know.

Most parts and accessories ship within 24 to 48 hours. After bicycle frames are transferred from the warehouse we fully hand machine before shipping. Steel frames are also internally rustproofed. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for rustproofing before these frames can ship.

Full bicycles that come in 1 carton from the manufacturer are fully assembled and test ridden before being repacked for shipment. This usually takes 3-4 days. But depending on our service backlog, it can occasionally run up to 5 days longer. Custom bikes, especially where we need to obtain any of the precise parts not already in stock, usually take apx 14-21 days to fully build, test ride, very carefully pack, then ship. Add roughly another 4-8 weeks if we are painting the frame.
